Right to Repair
for the Next Generation of Cars

Unless current law is updated, Massachusetts residents will increasingly lose the ability to take their cars to independent repair shops.

Vehicle manufacturers are increasingly restricting access to diagnostic and repair information through wireless technologies.  This means car owners are steered toward more expensive dealer repair options.

It's your car -- shouldn't it be your right to access the info you need to repair it without having to pay high prices at the dealer?

We passed the Right to Repair law in 2013.

Now Big Automakers are trying to use a loophole to bylass the law.

We need your help contact Beacon Hill today.

By 2020 more than 90% of new cars will transmit real-time repair information wirelessly, and independent repair shops will have limited or no access.
