Right to Repair
for the Next Generation of Cars

Massachusetts voted 86% for Right to Repair, now Big Automakers are trying to bypass the law.

Vehicle manufacturers are increasingly restricting access to diagnostic and repair data through wireless technologies.  This means car owners are steered toward more expensive dealer repair options.

It's your car -- shouldn't it be your right to access the info you need to repair it without having to pay high prices at the dealer?  Wireless car repair technology is moving fast, our laws need to keep up.

We passed the Right to Repair law in 2013.

Now Big Automakers are trying to use a loophole to bylass the law.

By 2020 more than 90% of new cars will transmit real-time repair data wirelessly, and independent repair shops will have limited or no access.
